Building, scaling, and modernizing enterprise platforms — from seed-stage startup to private-equity exit.
I'm a hands-on Chief Technology Officer with a 22-year track record of building, scaling, and modernizing enterprise SaaS platforms. My career is defined by a rare full-lifecycle journey — leading a single organization from its early-stage development through a successful private-equity acquisition and subsequent strategic expansion.
At Intellect, I architected the metadata-driven, no-code BPM/QMS engine that became the company's primary competitive moat, scaled globally distributed Engineering and QA across U.S. and offshore teams, and made the platform AI-native with embedded OpenAI and ML.NET capabilities — all within the rigorous security and governance demanded by regulated enterprises.
I operate at the intersection of architectural integrity and business value, partnering directly with CEOs and Boards to align the technology roadmap with growth and valuation. I'm a member of the LA CTO Forum and a passionate advocate for simplifying complexity. Now seeking a senior engineering leadership role where deep platform, AI, and M&A experience can compound.
Started as a no-code BPM platform and grew into an enterprise SaaS QMS / EHSQ vertical serving regulated industries (PwC, Yamaha, Winnebago, Host Hotels, Mérieux). Acquired by private equity (Strattam Capital) in March 2022; expanded platform capabilities through the acquisition of Zaptic in November 2025.
A selection of recent, hands-on AI work — from production features in a quality-management platform to autonomous agents and AI-native products built with Claude.
Practical AI use cases focused on productivity and simplifying compliance. Integrated OpenAI for intelligent document search and knowledge retrieval across large sets of compliance and quality documentation. Applied AI to operational tasks — auto-generating multiple-choice questions from training and ISO documentation so employees can quickly confirm understanding, and assisting root-cause analysis workflows like the “5 Whys,” suggesting probable causes from the input context.
Used Claude Code to build a working no-code Quality Management System in a single day: 10 QMS apps (Document Control, CAPA, NCR, Training, and more) with a form builder, configurable business logic, conditions, reporting, and dashboards. No-code capabilities let users customize existing apps — adding new fields, modifying existing ones, and applying conditions — without writing code.
A two-agent pipeline that extends a core app in sequence. The Product Agent handles the what & why — it analyzes the platform for missing compliance and capability features and writes a Gap Registry, each gap with a problem statement, acceptance criteria, regulatory drivers (FDA/ISO), and a priority score. The Developer Agent handles the how — turning each gap into a detailed engineering plan: API/endpoint changes, data models, storage layout, frontend components, and step-by-step build tasks.
An autonomous weekly research bot that scans social media, communities, and trends to surface top startup ideas, organized by category (Mobile Apps, SaaS, Marketplaces, AI Agents, Creator Tools, and more). Each idea includes market analysis, monetization strategy, competition, and a go-to-market plan.
A SaaS web app that generates in-depth, AI-written business research reports (PDF) on demand. Customers buy credits and order reports — Competitive Intelligence (SaaS, Industrial, Consumer, and Services editions), Company Due Diligence, SEO audits, Social Media analysis, and Trust & Security audits. A background worker runs Claude (Opus 4.8 with web search & fetch) against detailed spec templates, then renders the markdown into styled, citation-backed PDFs.
